πŸ’« The book contains 101 lifestyle diet plans. The author explains in a simple and easy way the dos and don't for a healthy lifestyle. Mostly highlighting the important topics in a tabular form or in bullets for a better understanding. The anti ageing diet and the detox diet impressed me alot.

πŸ’« Each and every topic has been discussed deeply. I got knowledge about the superfoods and how they help us. Some case study are also provided for a better understanding of diet. I enjoyed reading the sixth chapter the most : Know the Lifestyle approach to the Three Magical Meals. There is also a section for medication and pranayamas.
