💫 India has a rich culture of dance and music. The classical dance is the oldest form of dance from ancient India. India has many dances coming from almost every state of India. The classical dance originated from temples in order to worship the god. Now classical dance is famous all over the world and has a presence in almost every country.

💫 Misplaced Heads is a story based on classical dance. The story keeps flashing back in the past ancient times from the present. It is a very good book. I gathered a lot of information on dance.

💫 Inspite of the flash backs I didn't loose the track of the story. I had a smooth reading experience. I also came across many new words. I admire the author's writing skills who was able to write such an elaborate book on dance mythology. He has done extensive research on this topic. The book also highlights the devadasis culture in India.

💫 The cover of the book is a beauty with the temple, the image of nataraj and a dancer blurred image. The title of the book is apt. The language of the story is smooth. People who are in love with classical dance will definitely fall in love with this book.
