πŸ“š Book Review

Title : Mastaan
Author : Vineet Bajpai
Language : English
Edition : Paperback
Pages : 290

πŸ’« The British came into India mainly for trade purposes but also had other reasons too. They by the permission of Mughal's set up the East India Company. And from more onwards they started to colonize in India. The main reason was for them to get hold of a territory in India. They carried out their plan secretly as well as wisely and succeeded in capturing some main parts of the country. They built themselves so strong that even mightiest of the rulers of India were unable to challenge them. After getting fed up of the Company's behaviour, the locals started to rebel against the Company and that too from Delhi.

πŸ’« The British ruled over 100 years in India and this book gives us the glimpse about how the Indians were suffering the cruelty and unjust behavior of the British. In the book author had written that "Delhi was the first one to drown in blood. It is the truth that it was the first city to be drowned in blood.

πŸ’« The author of the book is none other than Vineet Bajpai, the most popular and successful author. He has won the hearts of millions with his work. The book is a masterpiece. The writing style of the author is awesome. He has mesmerized me with his work. This is the first time I am reading a book written by him. Never tried any of his books before but now I am definitely going to try his other books too.

πŸ’« I am eagerly waiting for the second part of this book which is to be released soon. I enjoyed it reading a lot I was able to feel the emotions which were written in the book. I had cried too while reading this book. The book cover gives us a glimpse of that time. The title is apt. The language used is simple and lucid. I highly recommend this book.
