"YAMA...."

The name scared me and sent shivers across my body. I had a feeling of YAMA being the Yamraaj. The God of death and justice. I started reading the book after midnight and started experiencing things infront of me. Many times I tried my best to guess the real face behind Yama but I literally failed to do so. This book has immensely impressed me. I vouch it to become a bestseller.

Yama is a fictional story by Kevin Missal. The protagonist of the story is Dhruvi Rajput. She had gone through a very hard time in her past. She often mourns over the death of her 12 years old daughter and her husband who passed away due to a heart attack. She tries to overcome all her past memories. Then one day she gets a call from a person only named Yama. He tries to calm Dhruvi over phone by telling that her husband was his mentor and other good qualities about him. Basheer Ali one of the CBI officer was assigned the duty to solve a particular case. He often breaks rules but is also great at solving cases. While trying to solve one of his cases he comes across Dhruvi who had a hint from Yama about the next victim.

But why is Yama willing to keep Dhruvi aware?

Will Basheer be able to crack this mysterious case?

The story shows another side of our society and judicial system. The corrupt cops, news hungry tv anchors, business owners, people from film industry. It is a fast paced novel which is full of action. A fear always lingers along with the name of Yama. The plot is unique and full of suspense. There are many twist in turns in the story. It gets more interesting as it proceeds further.

I would like to personally recommend this book to all the lovers of suspense and thrillers.
