💫 Self love is the love we hold for oneself. The source of our happiness lies within us. It makes us complete and happy. We become more confident day by day. All of us has the right to be loved but we can't leave this responsibility on others. We have to identify and discover our own self. Love oneself and master the art of self love.

💫 "Love Yourself " the title itself tells us to love yourself. The author tell us to love and embrace ourselves. The author has expressed her feelings too that how she has also deal with anxiety,stress and she came near to death and how she had overcome that phase bravely. She has very nicely explained each and every chapter of this book and the word "Love Yourself" too. Apart from the word "Self Love" she has also mentioned other topics too. There are nine chapters in this book.

💫 The book is dedicated to all the people who are going through mental illness and depression. The author sends them a silent message : They are important and their lives matter. Their are many people who loves them and need them in their lives. She further advises them to hold on, reach out to people for help but never ever give up.

💫 It is a motivational and inspirational book. There are some powerful words such as self worth, courage and self love which are strong enough to keep us afloat in life when the circumstances are against us. There are many ways by which we can keep ourself fresh and happy.

💫 The book was so interesting that I had read it twice. This is a self help book. The writing style of the author was very simple and easy to understand. Each and every line was very beautifully explained. The narration of the story was amazing. It was a nice reading and I enjoyed it very much.
