AUTHOR INTERVIEW Aaisha Tade

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Today, I had the pleasure of interviewing the author Aisha Tade. She is a young, talented and enthusiastic author. Besides being an author, she is a bright student of Microbiology under Mumbai University. Her debut book, “ Dice of Life” is a contemporary fiction. It is a very  interesting book of tales which comes along with twists in each of them. If you haven’t read it then you must definitely go for it. Our interview has been summarized below :

1. Can you briefly introduce yourself

🌺 I am actually a small town girl who always wished to achieve more and more in her academic performances. One can say, a kind of a boring personality from some perspective, but a typical  "Chupa Rustom" who has a lot in the mind. I am born in Mumbai and brought up at Raigad district, Maharashtra. My world just used to revolve around my family and school-college friends until this lockdown hitted. After which, I discovered an author in myself. I used to write quotes and poems since last 2 years. I tried giving them a new shape as stories and lively characters. The words actually live and these quotes could become more alive, is what I had in mind while writing the novel.

2. Which is your favourite story from your book ?

🌺 As I have lived all of these stories while penning them down, I cannot easily choose my personal favourite. They all are special to me in each of their unique ways. But, if I have to obligatory share one then it will be, "The Shading Petals of my Life". That's the last story of my novel which highlights four important bonds. First, a overburdening father and a lazy son's, a girl and boy relationship, a dog and his master and last is a bond between life and death.

3.     What was the most surprising thing you discovered while you were creating and writing your debut novel ?

🌺 Oh yeah! The most surprising part was the imaginary world that I was able to create and live in (Although, ultimate creator is the Almighty). All the stories are fictional and it is not an easy task to get a spiced up tale everytime. But, if one wants readers to be engaged, this becomes must. The stories, their characters and the twists that came into my mind were a surprising discovery that I did in myself. I never thought that I had this side of thought process.

4. Why did you choose this genre ? Are you going to try other genres too ?

🌺 My book actually covers multiple genres. It is a book that can come under love stories, thriller, mystery, self-helping and all... But, it is overall a fictional one. I am planning to write a one story novel which will be of a similar kind including a complete packaged reading meal for a reader.

5. What is the main aim of this book ?

🌺 Being just a 20 years young girl, if I speak about life experiences and all then that will obviously sound weird. But I have learnt some lessons in last 2 years of my life. They were not tragic but something from which I have learnt a lot. I aimed to make more number of people aware about a new vision towards life which will take us to positivity, hope and learning instead of negativity, demotivation and nasty memories. I tried conveying same through these 11 stories which can relate to almost every type of a person. Those stories are destined towards teaching life lessons along with reading joy. Let it be a sterile women, a demotivated human, a 80 years old grandpa, school kids, pet lovers or anyone around; they can relate and live their lives in this.

6.     In your opinion what are the most important elements of good writing?

🌺 An outstanding thought process is key to a best write up. When one thinks and makes a masterpeice of words in brain, same comes with flying colours on the paper. Also, in order to express and touch people's heart, one should be a great observer. I repeat, 'Great' and not just 'Good'. A reader expects to imagine the book infront of his/her eyes. That job must be done. If that is done and story is strong, it makes an amazing impact.

7.     Who is your favourite author ?

🌺 Honestly speaking, I am not a very hardcore reader. I know, writers are always hardcore readers, but exceptions and uniqueness is there in all of us...Right! So, as such I can't point out. But, Mrs. Sudhya Murthy Ma'am is an inspiration as an author, as a woman and as a person to me.

8. Being a not so dedicated reader, did you came across any challenges while writing?

🌺 Not really! Actually, I have observed that many new authors try mimic some or the other essence of Durjoy Datta or Chetan Bhagat or any other respected and renowned writers. You can feel challenges if you have to write in a way you have read. I wanted to write something very different. Hence, chose a short story novel which includes many topics unlike a tragic love story thrill or so. I have wrote what I made in mind and observed. But, I have started reading more frequently now in order to get some more skills and improve my mistakes. Improvisation is never ending.

9.     What is the most difficult part in the process of publishing ?

🌺 My publishers were quite supportive and instantly helping in every difficulty. So, I didn't face much. Actually, editing can be a difficult part which I have done by myself only. Yes! I edited my Novel and gave a try for correcting my mistakes by my own. Even if it still had some at the end, I had decided to face and accept them upfrontly. For a student like me, employing an editor in the debut novel will end up making my Parents mind towards something uncalled for me!! And we typical Indian kids always try too resist these incidents....

10. What are your future plans in the book industry ?

🌺 I have already started imagining my next Novel and planning to write some more in future. I just wish to reach more and more people through my words. It was/is/will never be about marketing and all for me. The main aims will always remain same that people should relate and learn from my projects. Reading novels is a pure and blissful hobby which if adds up learnings, then makes a splendid combination.

11. Is there anything related to society that people can relate?

🌺 Oh yes! The novel sheds light on certain social issues and crimes like human trafficking, molestation, unnecessary blames given to women at home, coaching classes behaviours as help or torchers and some more issues.

12. Your message for viewers

🌺 I will love to share one of my quote which isn't included in my Novel, but I want it to reach to some hearts,

"When you dream for the sky, have guts to match your eyesight with the Sun."

Also, I will like to make an appeal to go through my debut Novel, "Dice of Life -Tales with Twists". I can assure that it will not disappoint the reader with respect to whatever I have talked and described about the plot of my book. It is an easy read that can satiate the reading buds in very less pennies.
